How FlavorLore Started
FlavorLore began as a personal project in 2023 while experimenting with recipes in a small home kitchen. I’m a passionate home cook based in Morocco. Every recipe on FlavorLore is created, tested, photographed, and published by me. I enjoy experimenting with flavors, improving techniques, and turning everyday ingredients into meals that feel rewarding to cook and share. Outside the kitchen, I enjoy photography and quiet moments with a glass of mint tea — both of which influence how recipes are presented and explained on this site.
How Recipes Are Created
Each recipe is tested before publishing to make sure instructions are clear and results are repeatable using normal kitchen equipment. I photograph important steps whenever possible so readers can follow along easily, and I always welcome feedback or questions through comments or contact messages.
